weight machines cardio options complimentary water
the gym has updated equipment. i especially liked the multiple weight machines and cardio options. the hotel provides complimentary water at the taxi rank. i also received bottled water when i went out for the day. breakfast was diverse with plenty of variety.
the hotel appears a bit dated.

helpful staff excellent breakfast big gym pool areas refused delivery money refund
I must say the breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful and efficient. Chef Rosli at the salmon station was super friendly and knew his stuff well. I also liked the big gym.
The pool areas is disappointing. My delivery were refused and disposed. I weren't able to get my money back too.

fruit plate water bottles gym equipment room availability staff communication inconsistent service
the hotel provided a fruit plate upon arrival. i also found complimentary water bottles restocked daily, very convenient. the gym has a wide array of equipment (i used the treadmills).
my room was not ready when i arrived around 2 pm. staff gave unclear responses about alternative waiting areas. i felt there was selective attention given to some guests (i wish service was more consistent).
